Oracle 10g Improved Connection Manager Access Rules
dst – This parameter is used to specify
the destination host name or IP address of the database server. The
IP address is allowed to be a generalized subnet, such as
srv – This parameter specifies the
service name of the Oracle 10g, Oracle9i, or Oracle8i database (as
specified in the service_name parameter in the database
initialization parameter file).

to set the entry for the rule_set parameter in our cman.ora. We
specify that the client computer tuscga1-pc is denied access to the
database service test.us.rampant.com, and the client whose address
is 184.108.40.206 is granted access to the service aultdb1 on the host
with address 220.127.116.11.
