Oracle 10g Instantiating with RMAN
Now, work on creating the destination queue at
the new database. Make sure the queue specified as the destination
queue for the propagation exists.
Create an apply process on the destination site
to apply the propagated events before enabling the propagation on
the source database. But do not start immediately.
Set the instantiation SCNs at the destination
source_database_name => 'DBSITE1.WORLD', -
instantiation_scn => &until_scn, -
recursive => TRUE);
As a last step: Start the apply process at the
destination site using the dbms_apply_adm.start_apply procedure.
Then enable the previously disabled propagation at the source site.
