The values in PROVIDER_USERNAME are actually
users inside the database.
Now comes the time to construct the view. This
can be done as in the script below.
select * from claims
where provider_id in (
CODE DEPOT FOR FULL SCRIPT
Note how the user is authenticated using the
function USER that returns the current user. By getting the
PROVIDER_ID from the table or that user, we can get the claims for
that provider. We used the IN operation, not equality, since a
provider username may have listings for more than one provider, as
in the case of a billing company working for several doctors.
The owner of this view is
CLAIM_SCHEMA, the same user who owns the claims table. The users for
