Employees that do not follow company and
management policies and directivesare
very difficult to manage. Some of those employees will agree to what
is expressed in directives then ignore or work against those
directives in practice. In fact, they sometimes outright lie when
asked if they agree with a policy. They will state that they are
onboard, and then they go about spreading dissension among the staff.
